Pet Policy
Dogs are the only pets permitted.
We welcome your well behaved dog, some rules do apply.
1 dog under 65lbs, 2 dogs under 25lbs each
Pets are not allowed on the bed, please bring a sofa cover. A cleaning charge up to $150 will be applied if a dog has obviously been on the bed.
Pet fee: Daily $15 maximum $60
Dogs are not to be left in the suite alone. Owners are responsible for payment for any pet damages.
Cancellation Policy
In order to receive a full refund, notice of cancellation is as follows:
Nightly rental – 14 days notice
Weekly rental – 30 days notice
Multiple units – 30 days notice
If notice is give after the cancellation period and it is re rented, your payment will be refunded, minus 10%.
